Our Staff

Camp Staff & Hiring

Our staff team is composed of current faculty and administrators along with other caring, qualified, people who are passionate about working with children to promote learning, creativity, and growth.

We carefully select our seasonal staff team each year based on qualifications, experience, commitment and who can bring that fun ‘camp culture’ to our programs.

Our staff are the key to our success, and therefore we invest significant time and resources to ensure our team is carefully curated every summer. This includes an extensive application process with an interview, reference checks and Criminal Record Checks.

The safety of campers, both physical and emotional, is our top priority. All staff must attend mandatory intensive on-site training before each summer, and are required to have a valid Standard First Aid certification.

Our team is dedicated to making the experience extraordinary for every camper.
