Transfers can be made free of charge until June 1, 2019, provided there is space in the desired program.
Transfers made after June 21, 2019, and up until 7 days prior to the start date of the program in question, will be subject to a $25 fee.

Cancellations will be subject to a $50 fee, and must be done by the cancellation deadline of June 21, 2019
After June 21, 2019, there will be no refunds given for any reason.

While registration is all done online, all cancellations and transfers must be processed in writing by contacting the Registrar at camps@collingwood.org.


Instructors will be in classrooms 10 minutes before the start of the programs.
There is no supervision before 9:00 am unless participants are registered in early morning daycare.

Programs end promptly at pickup time.
A $25 fee will be charged for any late pick-ups.


Please note that there are no refunds for absences on any program days due to illness or any other commitments.


Program participants are required to follow the Collingwood Code of Conduct and interact in a positive manner with their fellow program participants and instructors. Negative behaviour that affects the experience of others (including but not limited to bullying, verbal threats, physically aggressive behaviour) can result in the removal of a participant from Collingwood Camps at the discretion of the Program Director. In this rare case, refunds will not be given.


All participants are required to be proficient in the English language in order to communicate with instructors and staff. Collingwood Camps does not provide English language resources.
