Isabel M has signed to play field hockey for the Holy Cross Crusaders.  Although Izzy is only in Grade 11 and will be back next year to once again anchor the Collingwood backline, she has made the decision to sign early.  

Holy Cross is in Worcester, Massachusetts and is a member of the Eastern College Athletic Association (ECAC).  The field hockey team plays in the Patriot League.  

Izzy was happily spreading the good news yesterday.  In her email to faculty, Izzy was 'all class' as she thanked all her junior coaches Ms. Allan and Ms. Pezim as well as the current senior coaches Ms. Underwood, Ms. Thicke and Ms. Tone. 

Needless to say, all of her Collingwood coaches are absolutely thrilled to see such a fine young woman fulfill her dream to sign with an NCCA school.
