The golf team played their final warm-up match yesterday against Windsor at Squamish Golf Club.  Coaches Alguire and Francis were thrilled to have the team on the Squamish course as the North Shore Championships are there on Wednesday.

This could be extremely good news for the Cavs as Tom W and Harry B both had amazing rounds in the win over Windsor.  Tom posted a 68, while Harry shot 72.  Tom's 4-under is one of the best rounds by a Collingwood golfer in recent history.  Needless to say, Harry's 72 was pretty darn great too.

The Cavs will need all their golfers to go low on Wednesday if they want to win the North Shore title as Mulgrave is coming in as the overwhelming favourites.

With Jude C unavailable due to the Vancouver Sea-To-Sky Junior Rugby Final, Collingwood will field an all Grade 12 team with Adrian M, Kion H and Fletcher Y joining Tom and Harry.  The team will be hoping to qualify for the Zone Championships next week.

Tom W shot a sparkling 68 yesterday.
