From April 6-9, six of our talented students, accompanied by two dedicated teacher coaches, traveled to the University of Waterloo to participate in the prestigious Canadian Team Mathematics Contest. This marks our second invitation to compete in person at this challenging event.

The contest features three rounds: individual, team, and relay events, all contributing to the overall team score. Last year, we placed 7th among the in-person teams. This year, we are thrilled to announce that we secured 2nd place! This outstanding achievement earns us an automatic invitation to compete in person next year.

We are incredibly proud of our student competitors: Luck S., Xiuming (Daniel) L., Danny R., Zhengyuan (Frank) Z., Lucas Y., and Brian G. A huge thank you to Dr. Minnie Liu and Ms. Naoise Gallagher for their exceptional coaching and support.
