Careers at Collingwood

Collingwood School is a coeducational day school located on two campuses in West Vancouver, British Columbia. Our purpose is to teach, model, inspire and encourage our students, ultimately preparing them to become successful global citizens and to thrive in meaningful lives.

Collingwood is uncommon, unbounded and unassuming. We seek teachers who embody this philosophy and are experts in academics, arts, athletics or service.

Uncommon: We love teachers who think differently about what they do each day, who are passionate experts in their subject area.

Unbounded: Our faculty is committed, driven and pushes themselves and their students to go beyond what they believe is capable. We work hard to develop leadership skills in both our students and our teachers.

Unassuming: We prioritize our commitment to school-wide improvement and are genuinely interested in knowing our students very well and caring for them as if they were our own children. We meet our students’ needs with energy, patience, perspective, humility and good cheer.

If this describes you, we want to meet you!

We offer:

  • Attractive compensation and benefits package for all employees
  • A generous RRSP matching plan
  • Unparalleled access to professional development opportunities and Master's Support Program
